Jeff has delivered significant revenues in 27 years of marketing solutions for brands like Seiko, Microsoft, Dell, Saab USA, The Coca-Cola Company, Gerber, The University of Texas, MeadWestvaco, AMD, CamelBak, The Wall Street Journal, Motorola, The Vision Council and Rubbermaid Commercial Products.
Hes worked with top agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather and The Martin Agency, where he led their Interactive division developing innovative marketing strategies and using unique tactics to drive results and build market share. A graduate of Texas Tech Universitys Design Portfolio program, Jeff founded Thompson Design and worked for ten years creating marketing materials for higher education, healthcare and technology clients in Houston, Texas, before moving to Austin to help companies like Dell, Compaq and Microsoft launch technology products worldwide.
Jeff founded Feedback with Dean Browell in September 2009 to focus solely on providing research and emerging media services to leading marketing organizations, communications agencies and public relations firms around the world. He splits his time between Feedbacks Richmond and London offices.

While its not hard to claim to be a Twitter expert, Deans experience and long view of communication technology makes him a valuable ally in the pursuit of audience research, effective strategies and intelligent implementation. His work as a PhD can be seen across many industries including healthcare, education, tourism, automotive, retail and more.
Dean recognizes that the idea of a social media is not at all new – evidenced by everything from AOL message boards to the latest Facebook or Twitter technology. His approach encourages brands to listen and observe audiences before developing innovative plans and stewarding creative solutions that engage and develop relationships. For the last two years, Dean has led SHSMDs Emerging Media Committee, and speaks around the country at leading healthcare, social media and industry conferences.
In 2009, Dean created the perfect incubator for social media research and development by forming Feedback with interactive ad industry veteran Jeff Thompson – to the benefit of marketing and public relations organizations around the country.

After getting her start in the local advertising industry, Anna is now recognized as one of the leading online content management professionals in the country. She develops communications strategies and social media campaigns for many of Feedbacks major clients, leads our content collection and distribution efforts and travels in the US and abroad to support client efforts.
A graduate of Radfords Business and Economics program, Anna has helped organizations throughout the country better understand social media and get the most out of their Interactive presence. Anna joined Dean Browell and Jeff Thompson in founding Feedback in 2009 to continue providing innovative digital and social media strategies.
