Dean recognizes that the idea of a “social” media is not at all new – evidenced by everything from AOL message boards to the latest Facebook or Twitter technology. His approach encourages brands to listen and observe audiences before developing innovative plans and stewarding creative solutions that engage and develop relationships. Recently, Dean was named the head of SHSMD’s Emerging Media Committee, and speaks around the country at leading healthcare and social media conferences.
In 2009, Dean created the perfect incubator for social media research and development by forming Feedback with interactive ad industry veteran Jeff Thompson to the benefit of marketing and public relations firms around the country.
